Jesse Melrose has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of California San Diego, with coursework focused on Non-Destructive Evaluation in Aerospace Composite Structures.  His industry experience has centered on Optical System design and manufacturing for government, academic and private sector clients. He has leveraged his experience over a broad range of applications including High Resolution Multi-Spectral Imagers, Laser Systems, Camera Calibration and Non-Contact Optical Metrology. With Quartus since 2004, Jesse has helped the Quartus San Diego facility grow from an engineering consultancy to full system provider. As Director of Engineering for the Industrial Metrology, Robotics and Visions Systems (IMRVS) sector, he manages a multi-disciplinary engineering team committed to providing customer-focused engineering solutions as well launching Quartus' first products in OptiQuiver and PixelTraq.
