Susan is a dynamic business strategist with hands-on experience in both small & mid-market privately-held and large public companies in roles that include CEO/President and CFO. She brings a unique blend of financial, sales and operational skills to her passion of helping companies grow profitably. She enjoys working with owners/leaders in the areas of strategic planning, core values &internal alignment, financial analysis, budgeting, financial dashboards, incentive compensation plans and any other areas of businesses needing extra attention.

Susan worked in commercial lending for Heller Financial in Chicago, now owned by GE Capital, finance & supply-chain management with American Airlines in Dallas, and in San Diego -finance & executive leadership with Clark Security, now owned by Anixter International, and executive leadership with Managed Solution, an IT Services Company. She is also a long-time Vistage CEO Group Member, Cheesehead and UW-Madison graduate. She and her husband are doing their best to raise their college and high-school aged teens
