Beth is an accomplished global Fortune 500 executive and entrepreneur who is nationally recognized for her leadership in marketing and strategic positioning and communications for change and risk management. She guides a variety of B2B public and private companies through transformation during pivotal times as they change and grow.

Beth founded, grew, and sold a public relations agency that produced award-winning work for such companies as American Express and 3M. She has led global marketing and communications for CHS, Inc., a Fortune 500 agriculture and energy cooperative; C.H. Robinson, the world’s largest transportation logistics company; and the office of research at the University of Minnesota. Today, she is an independent consultant with clients throughout the U.S., concentrated in the manufacturing and medical devices industries.

Beth earned a BA from the University of Minnesota and is based in Minneapolis. She enjoys mentoring others, spending time with her husband visiting their grown children, and traveling.
