Jane Minnocci joined Quartus in December 2022 and is excited to be part of this growing team! Jane’s career has been focused on engineering and program management of cutting edge technology research and development. Jane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Master’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Mechanical Engineering. She is a subject matter expert in ceramic composite materials, and has led material and composite component programs from feasibility studies through portfolios of cost reduction and manufacturing technology transition to production efforts. Over the last ten years, Jane pivoted to leading development of RF sensor and communication systems, working closely with customers from idea development through proposal and program execution. She has experience building and leading successful multidisciplinary engineering and program management teams. She has created roadmaps and led execution of internal technology research and development, process development, and organizational efficiency improvement efforts.

As Director of Programs, Jane heads Quartus’ program management team to provide leadership and foster collaboration, both internally and with clients, in program pursuit and execution, with ownership, integrity, and a People First spirit.
