We support our clients with advanced mechanical design, analysis, optimization, test, and prototype development using modern CAD and CAE tools.

We are looking for a person to fill the Sr. Project Manager, Design position in our Washington DC office. Qualifications for this position include the following:

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Aerospace or similar Engineering field
• 7-10 years experience in an engineering related field
• Minimum 2 yrs experience managing projects and customers including project scheduling, project budgeting and engineering oversight
• Able to apply engineering principles and techniques to solve a variety of problems
• Able to perform computer-aided design or analysis and provide project oversight concurrently
• Experience with mentoring more junior engineering staff and motivating them to achieve project deadlines with accurate results
• Able to prepare proposals and presentations and assist with sales meetings as necessary
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain US government security clearance

The successful candidate must demonstrate or possess excellent communication and time management skills and must be able to direct, mentor and teach junior engineers in a team environment.
